DYKROM is proud to present the MILLEX line of selection machines, designed to separate bulk products by size. 

This machine allows the separation of bulk products into up to three different size groups. Product type and size requirements can be changed easily.

 
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Soybeans Separates the beans by size eliminating imperfect grains and other impurities.
Peanuts Separates halves, shells, sticks and imperfect grains without a large capital investment. Ideal for operations specializing in sales or exportation of shelled peanuts.
Peanuts with shell Removes sticks, stones and large or imperfect grains. Ideal for operations specializing in sales or exportation of shelled peanuts.
Cashew nuts Separates splits and pieces from whole grains, eliminating breakage and facilitating subsequent color sorting. Can also be used to sort whole kernels by size.
Sorghum Removes sticks, stones and imperfect grains, concentrating only good quality grains.
Mucuna Separates imperfect and broken grains making the final product more homogeneous.
Corn seeds Separates different sizes or varieties by thickness for simplified planting and selection. Ideal for research facilities and small production operations.
Beans Separates halves, imperfect grains and small impurities without a large capital investment.
Macadamia nuts Sorts by size (whole nuts, halves and pieces), eliminating breakage and facilitating subsequent color sorting.
Plastics and metals Sorts pieces by size accurately and with tight tolerances (steel or plastic spheres, mixed industrial parts).
